This by far was my favorite experience! Both ladies were extremely helpful and professional!! I left like my mom was helping me get dressed. The process of putting on a hanbok is very interesting and rather exciting. I LOVED THE PHOTOGRAPHER! she’s very knowledgeable and sweet. she has your best interest at heart and checks in with you often to make sure you’re liking the pictures. I also loved that they both assisted in getting me ready for the photoshoot. Constantly adjusting little things to make everything perfect!

We were in a bit of a rush because we had a flight to catch, but my daughter really wanted to take hanbok photos. So we talked to the shop beforehand and went over a lot of details, and they also gave us some helpful suggestions in advance. On the day of the shoot, after choosing the colors, the staff gave us a few tips and we ended up picking the outfits in just about 15 minutes. We chose their Black Label hanbok service — the outfits looked and felt great, the staff were super friendly, and the accessories they provided were really beautiful. During the photoshoot, the photographer guided us through the poses and was very patient with my daughter. We got the original files really quickly, and the photos turned out gorgeous. Now we’re just waiting for the edited versions. Highly recommend this hanbok service!

韓服的quality很好☺️ 之前來韓國在別的店也有穿過韓服， 之前著的韓服比較花巧； 但是這一間店的韓服走簡約風為主 - 初時有點擔心太過簡約拍照會不漂亮， 但是收到照片後 才覺得 穿著簡約風的韓服才顯得高貴一點😊 當日早了一點點到店舖， 職員很有效率地接待了我們， 還給予我們充足的時間選擇喜歡的韓服🥰 店舖非常之近著名的人蔘雞店舖和景福宮，位置非常之好！ 攝影師哥哥非常友善，帶我們去人少的地方但漂亮的地方拍照，還教我們擺pose! 原來拍照50分鐘都真的差不多，笑得有點累了😆 本來預算要七天才能收到照片（ 這個是他們的承諾）， 但是我第三天已經收到照片了☺️ 還有接近800張照片，不用特別修圖也很美！ 非常感謝攝影師🫡

We are very happy with the whole experience. At the booking time, we reached the changing studio, where we chose our hanboks and had our hair done for us. The hanboks are of high quality, clean and pressed. Some even felt new! The fabric feels like smooth silk. We had an hour to get dressed. The lady was very patient and tried different colour combos with us. She also put a lot of effort into making sure our hair matches the hanbok well. She was also very caring as to suggest us to change into heels only when we reach the palace grounds, as the walking distance and uneven grounds would be a challenge. The 50-minute phototaking session was fully accounted for. The photographer suggested great locations for the shoot and poses that made us look like professionals. They sent all 650+ photos back to us. This was definitely the highlight of our trip! There were other groups around, and we do notice the difference in the quality and colour of the hanboks - we highly recommend this package!

We had the best time doing the hanbok photoshoot with Cherry. The hanbok options were very beautiful and the staff assisted with hair and getting ready quickly. The direction for poses was clear and helpful to follow and the photos turned out beautifully! We would definitely recommend doing a photoshoot!

Renting our Hanbok from Black Label was one of the best decisions ever! Their costumes were premium quality, beautifully designed, and had a modern touch. I absolutely loved it. ❤️ If they had more character-inspired options, it would have made the experience even more fantastic. I would have preferred a more tailored experience for couples, as we were trying to coordinate our outfits. The men’s and women’s Hanbok don’t necessarily come in the same colour combinations, but rather in complementary colours and styles. Still, we had a lovely experience! The lady who helped us was very lovely and experienced, and she gave us great suggestions to help us choose our outfits. Definitely an experience I would recommend if you want to explore Seoul in a Hanbok!

Excelente experiencia. Staff muy amable,nos ayudó con la elección de los hanbok y a vestirnos, además incluía accesorios (cartera, zapatos) y peinado. Los hanbok son de muy buena calidad y tiene mucha variedad. Muy bien ubicado.

I highly recommend this hanbok photoshoot experience. Aside from the photos turning out to be very beautiful and cinematic, the staff were very kind, friendly, and patient with us. The moment we arrived at the shop, they welcomed us whole heartedly. They offered us lockers to keep our stuff and assisted us in putting on our hanbok. I would like to highlight that the hanboks were CLEAN AND OF GOOD QUALITY. They are beautiful and well maintained. They don’t even look like they are rentals, they look like they are brand new. The clothes also smell so good!! During the shoot, they directed us on how to pose and brought us to the different places in the palace. Photos were given to us via link in email. They gave us over 600 original photos! Thank you Gigibebe Hanbok!!! we are very happy and satisfied.

good experience w gigibebe studio, beautiful hanboks selection! also very helpful staff to attend to us to help with dressing of hanboks w accessories. photographer was also very experienced to direct different poses for photoshoot in Palace grounds!

good photographer. unfortunately raining day for us. we reached the shop at 9am. the dresser came shortly and by 10am, done with our changed clothes and did our hair. we started indoor shooting first because of raining. finally we can go outside around 12pm. we went to gyeongbokgung and took some pictures. our timing from 10am-2:30pm. the owner gave us extra 30mins. they rent us hanbok, socks, shoes and fluffy coat. all is included inside the packages. will recommend to other.
