For most operators, you can use your Klook voucher as an e-ticket. Simply board by presenting your voucher and booking number.
However, some operators require a printed voucher.
We'll also send you a booking confirmation email after your booking is confirmed.
In case there's a need for contact tracing, passengers should board with a ticket booked in their own name.
Tickets can't be changed directly on the Klook platform for now.
If you need to make a change, chat with us online. Simply go to the Bookings page, select the booking and then select the chat icon.
This depends on which operator you booked with. Please check your operator's ticket policy.
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to board your bus on time.
