The front desk staff are superbly friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff was blasting loud music through a Bluetooth speaker without regard for the impact on their guests. This hotel is DIM. Hard to read by the feeble light in the rooms. The overall feel is kind of funky and bohemian, not clean and professional. The rooms are spartan. Not enough storage space. The TV is hard to use and has poor channel selections. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Well located about a 20 min easy walk from the train station, and a short walk into the city centre. The room was comfortable. We were on the 7th floor. Of the two elevators only one went to 7, only an issue when taking bags up ….. first world problems! Definitely would stay here again. Fred at the front desk was friendly and offered good meal suggestions.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Nice large room and fantastic breakfast. We came back after sightseeing ( they stored the luggage) to wait for our plane in the lounge and enjoyed a beer. Great place, I would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a great location to see Bergen. We walked everywhere, only using trams or a bus to outlying areas of the city. The room was somewhat plain, with no clock, safe, coffee maker or closet. Breakfast was very good and included ample selections of breads and hot and cold foods. In short, if you're looking for a good Bergen hotel at a reasonable price this Comfort Bergen is a reasonable choice.
