Everything was great including the staff and clean room. My only complaint is that one of the electrical sockets by the bed wasn’t working. But all was great! Location was great fo the wine expo.

The hotel was clean, overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay. Having a nearby tram station made getting around strasbourg very convenient with frequent trains.
The only negative point was the breakfast, which was chaotic. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests, with not enough tables to sit, often no cutlery or food items left for long periods, tables not being cleared efficiently and too crowded. On one occassion when we arrived later at 10am, we were informed by the manager that there were no pastries left (breakfast finishes at 10.30am).
The hotel would be greatly improved if they addressed the breakfast situation.

Very confortable stay, very accommodating staff. Conveniently located with busses/tram on the doorstep. Carrefour city and other convenience shops all within two mins walk. Only three stars for breakfast as luxury hotels usually have a better range of local produces. A great experience on the whole.
