Hotel is beautiful. Staff great.room upgrades and very good in all expectation. Food not the best ever but not bad. Very good hotel.

Was a shame only stayed a few hours due to late arrival, room was beautiful and spacious. We didn't use the dining area but again look good and lots of space. The pool was being renovated however we didn't have time to use anyway. Right next to shopping centre and just off the main road. 100% would stay again.

The pool is under construction that was a bummer but they did give us a free breakfast for the mishap. Not being able to have a smoke on your balcony is a real bummer as well, as you have to go down to the 1st floor everytime. I do enjoy this hotel very much tho!!

We love this hotel. The only minor improvement I could think of is to heat the swimming pool. Yes, I know, it's Thailand. But in cool season the swimming pool is too cold to use comfortably. Everything else about this hotel is great !
