A very loud and busy hotel that felt like a youth hostel with large groups in the lobby and hanging out in front of the property. The manga library wasn't as big as they advertise and not as we hoped. The location is the best thing about the hotel.

The stay was perfect. Location is great, common room with everything one needs, laundry, coffee, tea, slippers, pajamas, toothpaste, mangas, etc. The staff is really polite and helpful. No breakfast but the Do offer some pastries on the morning and the kombini is just next door. Everything is so clean. Excellent

Rooms are extremely small. I saw that the double bed room was only 12sq ft. Laundry is good but you have to pick a time that isn’t busy. Very frustrating that the load size for the laundry machines are relatively small. Luckily there’s a laundromat a block away to finish the job.

I had a very big issue with two things. 1. I stayed there for 4 days and they have a sign that says they only clean the room every 3 days (very normal, that’s so they don’t have to change the sheets normally but hotels will still take out trash and vacuum and change towels), so after 3 days I asked for the room to be cleaned and the front desk said they only clean every 4 days (so they lied) and refused to clean my room for my stay and wouldn’t even take out the trash and they made me go down to the front desk for towels. 2. All of their elevators are synced so it takes about 10mins to go between floors (this is important), so their lobby isn’t on the first floor, it’s on the second floor and they don’t have any public stairs which I think is a fire hazard and the time it takes to leave the room then to check-out then finally leave the hotel takes about 1 hour because everything is trying to leave. Some extra things you might wanna know. You can’t turn the A/C down below 23 degrees Celsius so yes it was warm in the room. Their free “breakfast” is just some cheap buns you’d get in a plane. I didn’t use their laundry but other guests said most of the machines didn’t work well (like washing and drying clothes) so they had to go outside for laundry. Overall I would not stay here again just because they have false information the location isn’t actually that good and the hotel was worth the price I paid.

Very smooth check in and check out process and everything was maintained very well

We enjoyed this hotel although it was a fairly small space for 2 people in a room. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious shower, free coffee/water, and breakfast. We also appreciate the fact that we can store our luggage for free.

The bed takes up the majority of the room but there is room to store luggage under the bed. The bed was thin and not very comfortable, but air conditioning was a relief. Bathroom is surprisingly large and everything was nice and clean but there did appear to be mould on the bathroom ceiling. Excellent location makes it worth the price, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a few days. The luggage storage room was also incredibly useful but the lock system was a bit frustrating to work.

Nice hotel with good location, walking distance from train stations and restaurants.

Notice air conditioner vents in the hallways are dirty. Staff are always nice and friendly
