When it rained the room rooftop leaked water inside the room

The hotel is clean. I had requested a room with 2 beds but got 1 bed. I was promised to be moved but it never happened. the first night, I was not able to shower because the water was too hot and could not control the temperature. House keeping also tried and was not able to. By the time they offered to go shower in another room, I was too tired. the other thing which was annoying are the guards at the door. They want to search your bag constantly which respectively said no to. They also, don't want you to bring drinking water inside , which doesn't make any sense since they only leave you a one small bottle in the room each day. I drink 3-5 liters of water a day and there is no way I am buying water from you. I have paid for my stay and the least you can do is offer enough free water to your guests!

I was particularly impressed with their patience and responsiveness to questions. The room was nice but a little small for my wife and I. I also enjoyed their morning breakfast.
