Hyatt Regency was incredible from the minute we got there. We got delicious coconut ice cream and got directed to our oceanfront villa, which was simply stunning, with a beautiful pool and stunning views. It was everything that we wanted and more. For dinner, they catered to our needs perfectly, with the lady at the Regency club, Mong being incredible with bringing us our food and making us feel at home every dinner. The breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had, with a well picked buffet with some à la carte options, including fresh coconut water in coconuts, artisan pesto breads and omelettes cooked to perfection. Not only that, but the service overall was outstanding, with the staff being very polite and our special helper Marbell being excellent in all aspects to cater to our needs. The food, not just the breakfast, was top tier, as well as the deals on the drinks with happy hour. Lastly, the pools were clean and pretty, with even a small slide for the kids. There was roasting marshmallows on the beach some nights, as well as performances on the beach grill Sesun like fire shows, which were mindblowing, and extremely convenient as they were inside the hotel. All in all, Hyatt Regency was exceptional, and we hope to come again. Would definitely be recommending to family and friends!!

Too expensive , 600 dollars per night ,can not even offer complimentary mini bar at the room ( thats extra if you consume any food or drinks ) ..Not even provided airport shuttle, thats extra cost , can easily offer this at that price . Overall ocer rated hotel this is

Hotel was exceptional, as beautiful as the pictures. All you need for a wonderful stay in Koh Samui

Stay was great, people were great. However, I thought the beach was a beach you can actually go into without many rocks…it was not. If you looking for a modern hotel away from everything, with great staff, and a REALLY good breakfast, this place has it….however, its not a beach resort….

Simply the best hotel we have been so far.

Dear Hotel Management, I am currently staying at Hyatt Regency Samui and wanted to share some concerns regarding the level of service we have experienced during our stay. We arrived on Tuesday at lunchtime, and I would like to acknowledge that the receptionist was very accommodating in allocating us good rooms, which we appreciated. However, we have experienced repeated issues with service responsiveness throughout our stay: Upon arriving in our room, I wanted to have a cup of tea but found there was no milk provided. I called reception to request milk for the room. Despite calling 3–4 times, the milk did not arrive for approximately an hour. The following morning at breakfast, we ordered English tea. Unfortunately, the tea did not arrive until around 30–45 minutes later, by which time we had already finished our breakfast. That evening, I became unwell. The next morning, I asked my husband to obtain some toast and tea for me. A member of staff kindly offered to have the toast delivered to my room. Unfortunately, it did not arrive for approximately 30–60 minutes. While individual delays can happen, the repeated failure to deliver basic requests in a timely manner has been very disappointing and has negatively affected our stay. In particular, the delays from both room service and the kitchen have been frustrating, especially when I was feeling unwell. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention so that they can be addressed. We chose Hyatt Regency expecting a high standa

Service is very accommodating and professional. Our AC broke but they moved us immediately when they tried to fix it. Breakfast buffet sumptuos with great variety and quality.

Daily Kid’s activity and kids’ pool play area as well as kids’ play room were great! Also, the short distance from the airport was helpful for family with kids.

Amazing hotel!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good, amenities good, even their welcome drink is incredible. Definitely recommend this hotel. Very close to the airport.

We stayed with a large family and used the family room. It was large and spacious. We were right next to the pool and breakfast area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved our stay!
