I stay at this hotel regularly when I visit Brisbane. It is clean, modern and comfortable. But the main reason I am a repeat visitor is the staff. They are lovely and happy to help

Room was clean and tidy. The pool was quite different from the photos although the view was magnificent. Staff at desk were not great helping me when I asked for help to get suggestions for transport/directions. The cleaner that we bumped in to in the evenings was friendly and engaging - asking my daughter about her day. He would be great on reception!

Excellent hotel. Great location. Good gym and the roof top pool and bar really good. We didn’t eat the food but it looked absolutely delicious and always very busy. A great buzzy feel, staff really amazing and will definitely come back and stay and always look out for a W hotel. Thank you!
