A beautiful, hidden luxury gem in the northern part of Oia - a short walk to all the shopping and dining of Santorini’s best village, but also has the best views of the sunset from the restaurant and pool - no need to make a pilgrimage to watch. Large, comfortable, tastefully done luxurious rooms with amazing views from the comfort of your balcony. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant and the views of the caldera from everywhere on the property are otherworldly! The pool also extends into the side of the mountain so there are areas to enjoy in the shade as well. You could easily spend your days here. The staff are wonderful people who provide outstanding service. The vibe here is great - calm and reflects the quiet beauty that is Oia.

Esperas is a bit hard to find the first time you arrive in Oia however it has great location for watching Sunset and access to Ammoudi Bay

The caldera is absolutely stunning. The experience of a “cave” room is so unique. Like all our hotels in Greece the front desk staff were outstanding

Esperas delivers breathtaking, front-row sunset views completely free from the Oia crowds. The cave rooms are pristine, flawlessly clean, and full of Cycladic charm. What truly sets the property apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the morning team is incredibly warm and friendly as they serve a fantastic breakfast

Very friendly people, great food both at the hotel and nearby, wonderful sunset views from the convenience of the balcony. Exercise opportunity on charming narrow streets where getting lost is the plan. They seem to have many repeat guests. This was our first time.

Excellent property and view from our room was fantastic. Yes, there is lot of steps...be prepared for that. There are porters to carry luggages to room and back to transfer. We took Esperas transfer service and it was worry free. Maria at the recption helped us to plan for our day trip in Santorini and was very accomodating with our requests.....Nothing can beat the experience....would love to stay here again in our next trip.

This place was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our trip. All the rooms are unique and thoughtfully designed. We traveled with friends, and one of their rooms was especially memorable, built into a cave-like style with beautiful décor. Our room had a balcony with breathtaking sunset views, making every evening unforgettable. The location is also a major advantage—you are truly in the middle of everything. We visited during low season, so it was quiet and easy to get around, but even then we were just steps from the famous windmills and blue-domed landmarks, making it a perfect base for exploring. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast. It was decent but fairly simple, with eggs, omelets, croissants, and toast. It would have been nice to have more variety such as pancakes, waffles, crêpes, or French toast. Overall, this is an unforgettable stay thanks to the views, unique rooms, and prime location.

We had an amazing time here for our honeymoon. No complaints whatsoever other than that there was no hot tub. Great location away from the crowds but close to everything at the same time. Very friendly staff, amazing views, great service. Would recommend!
