For starters, there is no reception or staff at any hours to welcome you on the property. Any issues we had, we had to message them on whatsapp. The most helpful staff was one of the nice cleaning ladies who helped to deep clean our room more and give us a new key when ours stopped working. We checked in after hours and immediately upon arrival, we walk into our room and there are at least 15-20 bugs flying around. My husband spent at least a good hour trying to kill some to make it more manageable for us to be able to go to sleep. There were spider webs up in two corners of the room, we found two dead bugs in our bed, the curtains were half hanging off of the railing, and the toilet seat was completely broken and unattached to the toilet. When we messaged the property with our concerns, they did not offer to switch us rooms. They said that they would take care of it. The staff did end up cleaning up the cobwebs, however, their solution to the other problems were to put up a strip of fly tape dangling from the curtain rod and never fixing the toilet. We additionally had mold in our bathroom and on our ceiling from what appeared to be a leak from a room above us. On our second day of staying here, our room key stopped working out of nowhere, and luckily the cleaning lady was around at the time to help us out with giving us a new room key. If it wasn’t for her and it was after hours, we would not have been able to get back into our room. Would not recommend staying.

Downside no parking had to park on the street! Everything is walking distance!!

The room was advertised as being a room for 4 people yet they hade no space in the apartment for even 2 people to store their stuff. The shower head was broken, the walls were suspiciously yellow and we booked a superior double room because we wanted a balcony. Upon arrival we find out that there is no balcony so we paid extra for no reason. The check in process is absolutely ridiculous as you have to call some random number that barely speaks English. Finding out which number was the one of our host took us a solid 30 minutes before someone finally answered. The only upside of this place was that it was cheap but I’m never staying here again. If you are coming to split I highly recommend looking for accommodation elsewhere.

Walking distance from RIVA and Dioclesian Place. Well maintained place. Parking availability but not included on fare and needs extra payment on the parking side.

Not good experience sadly. To loud, things was broken cigarettes dust on terras and hard to get in contact with staff.

Nice place, good price. Beds were a bit sad.

No laundry even though it was listed. Shower door and head were in poor condition. Rooms are a lot smaller than they appear.

No parking available, had to find street parking nearby, despite it being advertised in the property listing. They also allegedly have laundry services, but they weren’t available when we needed them for the two nights we stayed. The rooms also did not have microwaves or fridges, making it difficult to bring food or leftovers. There was also marijuana smokers outside our room, and the stench came into our room as well, making us nauseous.

The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable! My family had a pleasant stay.
