Room are clean, the staff are amazing really nice. And the place where it’s located is amazing. They have a Lawson right around corner and a lot of places for food

It was a great place to stay! Spacious, clean, very comfortable! Great location on the same block as the metro/train, and with bus stops on the same block as well. Would stay here again!!

Great location in Togoshi Ginza area of Shinagawa. Very new facility.

Eating ramen as everyday breakfast is not an ideal thing. It does have spice or incense smell in the front, which is little bit unpleasant. The room is kind of small. I don’t know where the ventilation is coming from for AC, it works but works too well.

Everything was exceptional however the rooms are a bit on the smaller side making it perfect for single person travelers. If you do have you and another person it will be a bit cramped in a single room. One thing was the air conditioning, I wasnt sure if it was working sometimes because sometimes the room would get a little hot to where you can notice it. Other than that the staff are very helpful for English speakers, and if you don’t speak Japanese a translator app will also be just as helpful. There is a laundromat in that area however it is a good walk away so I recommend going early in the morning. The station is very closeby perfect for getting to a city that you want to visit.

Air Conditioning was good! A lot of shops nearby to shop or eat!

Veri nice hotel

AC did not work. Spoke with staff and they said the AC is building-wide controlled. Everything else was fine. It is a very boring area so I ended up only staying there one night.
