Room was very cute and cleaned. Staff were nice and helpful. Inside the hotel, we feel safe. We left at 2:45 am the front staff made sure our ride, arrived before he leaves the front door. That was very kind of him.

Besides the lovely staff, everything else was below average. The room was tiny, even though we paid for a bigger one. The towels and bedsheets were dirty too, even the fresh ones when we asked them to be changed.
We also asked for an ironing board and an iron (pretty standard at any hotel nowadays, especially other 4 star hotels), and they gave us a completely broken ironing board.
The only good thing was the location, and the lovely staff. The property itself really needs a lot of maintenance.

The staff were amazing specially Miriam who save our flight. They were all very welcoming and the room is clean. The bed is so comfortable one of the best bed I slept on my whole trip.

Room was nice, the bed was very sloped into the middle but apart from that, it was nice. The aircon wouldn’t work in winter which was a shame as it was very warm. The balcony was nice, breakfast good, very busy location with lots going on but off a side street so very quiet. Has a full size lift which was a nice surprise
