Very clean room, convenient location, good value.

The room was very clean and bathroom shower insert was sparkling. The air conditioner worked great and a nice Keurig coffee maker. A nice touch was an orange cone reserving our parking spot in front of our room. A nice little pool to relax ! 😎

The hotel was amazing a good location in Niagara Falls the staff where very helpful and the room was clean and welcoming. The Jacuzzi was the best part got a lot of use out of it during our stay. I would highly recommend staying there and plan to go back next year

Awesome location for catching wego or walking to falls. Free parking! Pool was closed and empty…bummer. Older property maintained ok and partially updated. Very loud traffic for sitting outside to relax. Can’t beat the price for our stay!!!

Pool not usable. Office not staffed all day. Ice machine locked in office. Needs updated. Staff that I met were friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay

Pool was broken and empty. Also be careful!!! They say there is a $100 “hold” on your card. But he is lying. He actually puts it thru as a purchase not a hold. Then I got a refund issued back for an only $69! Bugs in the room. Unidentifiable hairs in the sheets! Bugs! Lots of noise. Cleaning staff smoking while cleaning rooms. Very rude and unprofessional. Just bad business. Makes me wonder how many people is he robbing for $30/$40 on these “holds” that he puts in as purchases??? Howard Johnson’s down the street didn’t do that. I got my $100 hold back as soon as I checked out and in full! This guy is a crook! I have to wait 10 business days to get the $69 out of the $100 I gave him for the hold. Also the phone in the room is just decoration. Can’t call front desk. No ice machine. Was just a terrible place! Do not go there if you have a family or are a single woman. The man at the front desk just lerks and is very rude. As a woman traveling alone, I had locked myself in my room and didn’t even see the sights because of All this! I can’t stress enough do not go here!!! Soon as you pull in you’ll know you made a grave mistake!! Zoom in on the pictures! Used eyelashes in the sheets, bugs, and unidentifiable human hairs and what looks like bodily fluid stains on the sheets. As you can see I got new bedding but only re made one of the beds
