চমৎকার Great Location!! The room was small but I still got a king bed - tv - and the AC was great ( that was a huge plus - because a lot of stores, or hotels don’t use the AC )
My only complaint was the size of the shower - was tiny and the hand shower was difficult to keep on the holder - but pressure was good!
I’ll definitely be back.

চমৎকার Great “automated” economy hotel - no reception staff, entry by PIN numbers - in a fantastic location if you are in Madrid to see art. Thyssen-Bornemisza is adjacent; main entrance to Prado is across the Neptuno traffic circle. Very much appreciated the free luggage storage lockers which can be accessed until 8pm on day of checkout. Rooms are v compact but with kettle and coffee pod machine; central facilities include a washing machine for laundry and a stove and common seating area.

This is a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. Room had everything we needed and was in a great location. The contactless check in worked great for us because we had just arrived in Spain. I credit Numa for finding that my passport had expired! I did not realize and even the airline did not find this problem when I uploaded passport info to them! Thanks to Numa I was able to get an emergency new passport and was ready to fly on schedule.

Location couldn’t be better. In the heart of Madrid, only 7 minutes from Puerta del Sol and all the shops.

Positives were the location, ease of check in and shared kitchen space.
Negatives were the cleanliness (absolutely disgusting with hairs all in the bathroom and over the floor and dust on every surface), heat of the room with AC that barely worked, and the general tiredness of the place in comparison to the photos.
Not worth the money.

The best about this property was location and bed.
Air conditioning was not powerful enough.
Smart TV wasn’t connecting to streaming services as promised. Bathroom shower seal around needs redoing it does looks like child put it on plus was a bit moldy.
Front door wasn’t responding to the code we have type in and we could only relay on someone coming in and out.
