Staff very professional and the hotel is very nice and has GYM 24/7 very nice Highly recommended.

I have never been more disappointed by a property advertised as 4-star. In reality, this felt closer to a 2-star stay. The one-bedroom apartment was missing basic necessities — no towels, no soap, nothing. After calling for towels, I was given only three items: a bath mat, a hair towel, and a single body towel, even though my reservation was for two people. When I requested face cloths, I was told to use the hair towel and no additional items were provided. The drains were also clogged. After the bathtub filled with water during my shower, maintenance “resolved” the issue by removing the tub plug so the water could drain, then left the dirty plug sitting on the side of the tub. The dryer barely functioned, failing to dry the clothes I attempted to wash. On top of that, the carpets and couch were so heavily stained that I was uncomfortable walking barefoot or sitting on the furniture. The experience was so poor that I immediately arranged alternate accommodations. I checked out after one night, yet the concierge apparently didn’t process it correctly because I was contacted the next day asking if I planned to extend my stay. This property is severely overrated and overpriced. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star! Kitchen was tiny and dark with no amenities like a kettle or toaster. There was 2 knives for 4 Adults and no spoons or forks in terms of cutlery. Got 2 towels between 4 Adults, when I asked for more towels all that I received was 2 bathrobes. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice but in terms of 4 star quality this was very disappointing.

This a hidden gem for its value. Super clean, super modern, super friendly staff at a value price that should be appreciated.

Hotel are comfortable and clean, but the stuff are not friendly when I check in first day I forgot my room number I show my confirmation Number but I need and to show everything, and my last day while am eating my breakfast one stuff asking me what is my room Number i feel not good😤

The shower was not working, my father was not able to take shower before his flight. And it was kinda late to call front desk and fix the issue

the property was excellent, room was above expectation. The surrounding is very dusty, Ordered a taxi twice from front desk to the airport but when i came down to the lobby it had not been ordered so i went outside to find a taxi.

I did love the hotel apartment so much and had a great time , the workers counting from security to housekeeping stuffs and reception was of great help and they where social .
