Real boutique and familiar

Very nice hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Lift was little small.

What a wonderful resort! What a wonderful experience! We stayed at Q Premium resort during our trip to Turkey. It is a first class resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is beautiful, has a refreshing modern architecture with clean lines covered with beautiful chandeliers overlooking at marble floors. The sea and the two Olympic pools provided a great swimming experience. The hotel had great food with delicious tapas, salads, main courses, deserts, we had a delightful and tasty culinary experience. The entertainment programs outside were very engaging and promoted a friendly atmosphere, allowing every one from different parts of the world connect to each other and have fun. The inside of the hotel however was very clean, quiet, calm and soothing. Sound isolations were amazing between these very different environments. We had calm, restful sleeps after activity full and fun days. Our day trip to Side an ancient city, was arranged with the help of the kind experts at the guest relations. We enjoyed every moment of this most pleasant stay and promised each other to come back.

Beautiful room, clean building, and extremely friendly staff.

I have stayed 3 times last two times was ok this time l was shocked they don’t even clean my room they don’t even change towels also shower licking who working at reception night shift always asking me room number when I enter to hotel l don’t think I will stay there again

I barely complain about a place I accept what i paid for but at this property i am shocked to the fact that the room has a cigarette smell it is very bad I couldn’t sleep and my room is supposed to be non smoking room

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Located centrally, within walking distance from shopping and dining. The property is a little dated but neat, clean and orderly. Breakfast option is convenient, but lots of other options with variety are available in the area.

Room as you see in pictures, however our room carpet could use some detail cleaning. Stayed 2 nights, no house cleaning, but got new towels when asked. Toilet self wash leakes inside the bowel. Needs some attention. Overall our stay was pleasant for the reasonable price.

The floor of the room wasn’t clean but the bathroom was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable! Breakfast is definitely not worth it.
