Pretty good hotel, decent breakfast and good location, however they will charge 1,000yen per suitcase before check in if you go there early, the first time I have ever had to pay to leave my suitcase at a hotel I am staying at on the day of my stay, which was rather expensive.

the rooms in this property are a bit dated
the hallway was hot and the elevators are very small. The dryers in the laundry room did not work very well, the timing on them were not consistent. Started 2 dryers at the same time and 1 would stop 10-15 min before the other; took a long time to get our clothes dry. Staff was friendly and polite. Do not pre-pay for breakfast, you can pay at the front desk this allows more flexibility.

The OneFive Terrace was comfortable, with great amenities, and in a great location (not far from the Canal City shopping center). The lobby was attractive, the price was reasonable, and the room was clean and well-appointed. Temperature controls in the room were easy to understand and work with, so I could set the room to a comfortable temperature in the hot summer without much trouble. It was a very pleasant stay and if I return to Fukuoka in the future I would definitely stay here again.

I expected the bed to be made the next morning after the first night stay but it was not. They did remove the trash and left clean towels and cleaned the shower and toilet area. A great place to stay
