The room we were given was clean, but only had one mug and no crockery or cutlery (even though it was billed as having a functional kitchenette).
The air conditioning was good and the beds were comfortable.
The young man on reception was friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the woman receptionist was completely the opposite. When we asked for water for the room, we were told ‘we don’t provide that’. Our sheets weren’t changed, toilet paper wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for fresh towels and cleaning.
On our last day we were able to leave our cases for a few hours, but had to retrieve them ourselves from the back of the service basement.
The location was fine, but a bus and subway ride from the hub of Brooklyn.

Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost

Overall the staff stay was ok. The hotel just needs desperately to be updated. I arrived late and got into my room and the air / thermostat on the wall didnt work and was a very noisy unit on the floor that was incredibly loud and the beds were quite uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. they moved me in the morning but same deal with the air con but at least it was slightly comfortable. 1/2 the plugs in the wall didnt work, there was one towel rack in the shower which was odd, the hangers didnt come out of the closet so steaming outfits was difficult, the keys would stop working each day so had to go to the front desk each day to fix that, the "balcony" was simply a cement slab and you were about 15 feet from the building across the way facing bricks and an alley way, the phone didn't work and the walls were paper thin so I heard the children next to me for 3 days straight. there isn't food or drink on site so should def bring your own. Overall it seems a family business and they did their best to be friendly

the cleaning was excelent. lobbi room is too small. good to have MEZUZA in front of rooms. Bed is too short. safe cabin didn't work properly.
