This hotel lost any hope of me ever returning when they refused to accept cash to pay the $6.00 myr "Heritage Tax" at check in. They have decided to completely remove the option for guests to use cash. It is very, very disappointing to not be given the full choice of payment options. Cash is still legal tender and this hotel needs to provide ALL payments to guests. Eventually the female clerk very begrudgingly accepted my cash. I've been traveling full time for 12 years and have never been refused to accept a payment in cash, not even in China when I was there for a month last year. My credit cards have been compromised many time over the years so, the less I use them for such nominal amounts, the more secure my cards are. Hence the reason I book my hotels online and pay through the booking sites.

Very clean room, great facilities, convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Water dispenser on each floor is good service Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in good location for visiting attractions and many restaurants around.

Very nice

The aircon was not working and maintenence staff came, however they couldnt fix it. They get us transfer to another room. Good location but we were stuck in traffic due to road closure and cant find the way to the car park entrance. Oveall its a good place to stay
