Good experience for kids, especially if you want to access the waterpark/theme park/aquarium. Great for staying once just for the experience if you have kids. Else there are much better options in JB for the price point.

Legoland report hotel was truly a great experience with the themed rooms, lifts and children's activities in the lobby. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful. However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left. During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅

We went there 11 years ago and we decided to visit again but this experience was unfortunately less pleasant than our previous one. I must say the staff are all very nice, from reception, salesperson at the shop, restaurant staff to even the security guards, but food at restaurant was subpar, most were served cold. In the room, there’s no body wash, plus there’s a concern over the hygiene. There were stains on the toilet seat and we also found a scrunchie left by the previous guests near the bed. Was the room thoroughly cleaned I doubt. Yet for families who are visiting Legoland, the hotel seems to be the best choice, although with more accommodation options around and with the convenience of Grab, more may choose the alternatives if the hotel does not lift up to the standard.
