গড় থেকে কম Recommend avoiding this hotel. We booked an apartment stay for our family of 5. After a confusing experience finding the room, we arrived to find it strongly smelling like sewage, and no one responding to emergency numbers or messages for a room change. Ended up booking another hotel last minute.

Nice hotel near the city center. A bit difficult to find first as it is located on a very small street between buildings.

Stayed basement room. The room has three windows, but they are very high and could not see any view. It was very a sad room. No atmosphere at all.

Room on top floor comfortable, warm, elegant design, great shower, couldn't be better.
Downside - no lift.
Walked to Keukenhof Gdns. Easy flat walk didn't take long, about 10-15mins.
Reception staff lovely 🌹
Bikes to hire by hotel entrance, good choice of eating places nearby.

The absence of a live person at the hotel after 5:00 PM. and before about 8:00 AM is a major inconvenience. The breakfast was okay but not great. Cold scrambled eggs probably from a package and undercooked bacon. Tiny pancakes also from a package and cold. The lower common area was dark and the coffee area was dirty and the cups were not available sometimes. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful. Electronic key check in worked well. Room small but well organised. Juliet balcony. Kettle and tea/ coffee provided in the room

Hotel check in was easy, electronic key cards were new to me but worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of information about the local attractions in the area and how to get there.
Room was as expected, clean and fresh, with nice touches for electronic device charging, USB and C ports on both sides of the bed. No adapters needed.
Location wise, ideal for exploring Keukenhof a short walk away, you can hire bikes to explore the wider area. Nice little town with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few metres from the hotel.
Only negatives were; breakfast was very expensive for what you get, and beware that on a Sunday literally nothing will be open, not even a coffee shop.
Overall I would stay here again.
