We had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of noise from both the pool area (kids) and the ocean, even with the doors closed. Compared to some of the other places we stayed during our trip, the experience felt a little more basic. For example, we had to take up our own bags and there wasn’t much guidance or direction provided on arrival. (We didn’t get our welcome drink) That said, the breakfast was really good and the location was convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Phu Quoc, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not as memorable as some of the other hotels we experienced on this trip.

Very nice, great location, clean rooms We had a problem with the AC and it couldn’t be fixed. We were offered a change and an upgrade in room class but we declined as we wanted to stay on the same floor as the kids.. Overall great

I enjoyed my stay at this resort! Pros: airport shuttle pickup and dropoff, large room with awesome balcony view of the pool and beach, the infinity pool, and private beach access. Staff is friendly and can speak English. I was able to hire a personal driver that took me to the southern part of the island to a tourist town called Sunset Town. The driver waited for me until I was done dining and exploring. All of this was a flat fee discussed upfront, so I appreciated that.

The location, pool and beach make it worth the stay! Definitely a unique and nice experience being so close to the water. The staff is task oriented and do not understand customer service. Not surprising in Vietnam, Don't expect much in that department! Stay for the pool and beach location! Nice place!

On check in just give them return flight number they will arrange shuttle on return journey.Staff very friendly ideal hotel location walking distance to night market and shops and restaurants well recommended love the swimming pool open till 20:00 at night will come back again.
