ভাল Air con was so loud it kept me awake at night- I had to take the key card out to remove all power to the room. At 4am another guest decided to play music very loud.

Self check in did not work-
Description of the hotel rooms is inaccurate- there was - queen and 1 single bed unless the description saying it sleeps 4 people

Self check-in didn't work.
I watched someone else check in and it looked a nightmare.
All the phone numbers I was given no one answered.
The door to the balcony was broken after it looks like it was broken into

Near the airport. Clean rooms. 15 minutes from the city. Restaurant next to the hotel is really good. Garage Parking. Clean pool.

DO NOT BOOK HERE.
We stayed here for just one night actually less than 8 hours and even that was a terrible experience.
We arrived around midnight, and there was no front desk staff available. We had to figure out how to unlock the entrance using instructions sent by email. Once we got through the first door, the self-check-in machine for the second door was confusing and difficult to use.
We called the customer service phone located next to the kiosk, but the representative was impatient and not helpful. Thankfully, another guest came out and told us we can check in at the Hyatt tower next door.
Once we finally got to our room, the problems continued:
-The couch was dirty, and I had to put a towel over it before sitting down.
-The door lock was broken, which made us feel very unsafe.
-There was a dirty towel left in the room from a previous guest.
This was one of the worst Hyatt experiences we've had. Cleanliness, security, and customer service all fell well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

Helpful staff held our bags before check-in, then they took our bags to our room. This place is super close to the metro to get into Barcelona, and it’s close to the airport, as well (via bus or uber).

Check in was a disaster the self check kiosk did not work after trying multiple times and i also had two wait in a very long line to use it then after i didn’t work i headed over to the customer service desk the employees were very rude and disrespectful and kept on asking personal questions and took very long to check me in and hand me the room keys and they were also saying stuff to each other in there language which i didn’t understand but i presume it was racism and swearing towards us. The room was ok everything was clean accept for the shower it did not work properly and splashed water everywhere and made a mess when showering. Overall us was very disappointed with the staff and the lack of communication from the staff would not recommend !!! 😠
