Very lovely spacious room

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Well appointed rooms, super comfortable and really nice staff. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay and would recommend to all! We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent.

The location was good. The room was disappointing. There were no windows you could actually see out of. One was too high on the wall and the bathroom windows faced a street and park. The light switches were incomprehensible. It looked shabby for the price point.

We stayed in the Stable Block in the car park, lovely big room with fantastic shower. We enjoyed our stay as the hotel is right in the centre of Bath and great for seeing the city. Just a few small moans, the pantry idea is great but it might just be better to put the items in the rooms - for a hotel of this price it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, the pantry assumes that all guests will take items equally! I’m afraid our pantry area had been cleared out before we got a chance! And the bar is closed for refurbishment - this had not been mentioned in any prior communication and we weren’t told at check in. The downstairs breakfast room is doubling as a bar but it lacked any bar ambience.

Centrally located in a Georgian atmosphere, No. 15 becomes a Number One accommodation. The restaurant downstairs is too handy and the staff is ready to recommend their favorite stops. Bath Is readily accessible from the front door at No. 15.

Overall our stay was amazing, the staff were sooo friendly polite and helpful, nothing was ever too much for them. Whenever we had a query or needed something in the room they were quick to help and respond. We stayed in a family room with our 2yr old child and the travel cot was nice and comfy for our little one. Breakfast was really nice and they even delivered it to our room. Which was amazing and made life easier with our little one. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to the reception team. You’re amazing.

Amazing place! Lovely staff! Beautifully quirky decor, great room in the Coach House

Excellent staff! The location is perfect to walk into town and explore. The breakfast was fantastic. Parking was a bit difficult, but this hotel is the best.

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, super cozy and clean.
