Our room was comfy, kept clean, had fresh linen daily, with complementary amenities, bottled water, coffee and tea each day of our stay. The room was spacious enough. The location was close to everything - convenient stores, shopping, dining and the train stations. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Remm and hope to be back again someday.

It's in a good location, and all the staff are very helpful and speak good English as well. The rooms, however, are incredibly dusty and gave me allergies. My eyes were very itchy, and my skin burned. It may be something with the AC units being old or dusty, as when we turned the AC down, the symptoms got a little better. If we could open the windows even a little, this would not be a problem, but the windows were sealed shut.

Great room, including a nice view on the 16th floor, clean bathroom and massage chair in the corner for some reason!
The air conditioning is integrated and quiet, they provide a mobile charger and TV with lots of different optioms built in. The staff are super kind and helpful, really perfect hotel for the price and great location in Akihabara

Perfect location. Akihabara Station is literally next to hotel. Staff are also very polite and kind. Love the laundry machines, only a min fee per use. Best part you get to monitor progress in the room. No need to go down to laundry room to check if its done. Highly recommended for those looking for accessibility and convenience.
