I’m a fan of JR Mets hotels. Usually next to the train station so traveling to other places are very convenient. I like the layout of their well thought out rooms. I like separate toilet and bathroom. Their soaking tubs definitely a plus. Definitely worth the extra costs.

Stayed there for three nights to visit Disney. Great location for both the parks and downtown Tokyo. Very nice, clean, and well appointed hotel. Right next to the station. Some good restaurants and convenience stores close by. Would definitely recommend for someone going to Disney and looking for a more affordable option than the hotels at the resort.

Staff at this location of JR hotels are always incredibly friendly and helpful, which has made my return stays to Shin Kiba something I look forward to each year. The location is also incredibly convenient - it is a short ride to Ginza and Marunouchi, and has many connecting train lines at the station that make commuting to other parts of the city very easy. I loved our room. It was cozy and I had the most amazing view on the 7th or 8th floor. I could see Mt. Fuji. I called it home when I was out, tired, and ready to go back to rest. Everyday they'd clean the room and bring us water bottles. We got it with breakfast, so almost every morning we went to have their breakfast buffet. I loved most of the food options. The station was just 3 minutes away it was super convenient. We'd take it to Tokyo Station and Maihama for Tokyo Disney. Would I come back again? Likely.

Everything was great! The location was excellent for families: we were in Toyosu for Kidzania and it’s just two stations away. Then the next day we headed to Disneyland and it’s just another two stations away. There aren’t many shops around but good enough for the night (the curry udon place near the station was great). It’s just a safe 2-minute walk from the station (perfect with the lift) and a few convenience stores around. The room is more spacious than most Tokyo hotel rooms (even those double the price), with Dyson fans and hair dryer, Refa shower head and so. There were even snacks and drinks in the fridge for relaxation. How sweet! The service was also great. My son vomited on the bracket and made a mess but the staff promptly reacted. We have stayed in over 10 different hotels in Tokyo and this one totally surpasses our expectation. Great value and nothing to complain at all. Thank you!

Nice clean hotel and only 2 stops from Tokyo Disney on the Keiyo line.

Staff friendly and courteous We had our luggage transported there from another hotel and I received a confirmation email when it arrived and upon check in the bags magically appeared Very efficient with great communication

Great room, very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the additional cost. Very calm and quiet st night and thr TV came with apps to watch most streaming services.
