Room was very clean. Check in was amazing as the receptionist was friendly and helpful

Friendly staff got us checked in early as the room was ready. For a small charge we got a pass for the pool for 24 hours which was lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. There was a wedding going on but it was nice and quiet in our room so it didn't disturb us.

Only stayed for the one night, Room 137 Poor sleep due to the noise coming from the AC Unit outside as it was a very warm night and had to open the window. There was a fan in the room but this wasn't enough to keep cool. Wasn't impressed with a charge that there was a charge to use the pool £7.50 I wasn't aware of this at the time when I booked but this was probably my own fault for not reading it properly. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The location was very quiet,and there was a better class of guest,than where I normally stay in Dundee. Ive always loved Broughty Ferry since childhood.

The room was spacious and comfortable and despite being hot due to the weather, the provision of a fan enabled us to sleep. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the food excellent - both dinner and breakfast. The pool/spa facilities looked good but we didn't have time to try them.

Room was excellent, very clean, hotel bar area very nice, staff very helpful.

We asked for a cup of tea to go with the buffet & was told we couldn’t have one, We were told you can have the tea bags but can’t use the kettle that was sitting beside the teabags, we even offered to pay for the tea. very disappointed in the staffs reaction to the situation. We won’t be in a hurry to come back

Hotel was clean and staff were excellent from the reception staff ,restaurant staff and the lovely lady on duty in the Soa on Saturday morning . We felt that the room we were allocated was on the small side and an attic room and although the property did ask on numerous occasions if we had any disabilities and did convey that there was no lifts in the property we didn’t appreciate that our room would be an attic room on the 3rd floor . Although we aren’t disabled the climb to the attic was a bit much at times . This room was comfortable enough the fact that there was no window to open and the windows were small and the only view we had was sky .This was not what was shown on the booking site . The room wound be ideal for single occupancy . The shower cubicle was on the small side and a shower curtain instead of a screen . The room was clean but is in need of some repair . Bathroom window felt really loose when I opened it as no fan in bathroom to allow steam to disperse and when trying to close it I thought it was going to break . This did not spoil our stay as the Staff were attentive and very efficient . Food was delicious. Overall a great experience and if we were to revisit I would make sure that we didn’t book a small attic room .
