Expedia lied about the # of stars. At the most I would give it may be 2-3 starts. My room was not remodeled. The furniture was torn up. Not sure if they clean the room. Someone's pair of socks and a lid to something was under the air conditioner. There was no coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, sliverware, hairdryer and so forth. We had to go to the front desk to get them. The bathroom fan was loud when you turn on the light and it didn't help with the sucking up the steam from showers.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never stay there again.

I came in later than expected, and the guy at the front desk let me into my room even though there was trouble with the system letting me check in. I was able to get some sleep before heading to work. I am grateful for his professionalism.

Every time I stay here, it has always been pleasant. No issues. Tina is my favorite! She always gets me the right room and I just love her personality. Very welcoming!
