The staff were helpful in switching out the rooms which we were given earlier and understood the situation, they also matched the exact invoice statement we got through expedia. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the pool and also both the restaurants at the location (italian and bistro) had good food - though we preferred the Italian. Rooms were a bit smaller than we expected but

গড় থেকে কম Very outdated, small bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly, not enough accessible base plugs to charge phones (had to plug into extension cord that already had fridge and microwave), no air conditioning and fan provided had short in cord ie. moved it and it stopped working. Had to wedge peice of cardboard in dresser drawer to keep it shut. Paint peeling on window sills ( looked moldy). All hanging baskets looked next thing to dead. Rotten wood on exterior of buildings. No continental breakfast.

frontdesk not helpful at all!! The laundry machine only takes canadian dollar coins and there is no exchange service in the hotel!! Bathroom is extremely small and inconvenient. I will never ever book this hotel again.

We had a lovely couple of nights here in one of the Summit Delux two queen suite. The weather was a bit unpredictable but the place was cosy and we had a lovely evening in the gazebo eating smores. Would recommend.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The Legends restaurant served a delicious dinner
