Truly a delightful hotel. Staff always right there, ready to help. Breakfast was delicious as were all the meals at the restaurant. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The cocktails were the best we have ever had, a wonderful experience.

Wonderful location and views of the lagoon are amazing from our balcony. Very attentive service. Tasty offerings at breakfast. Great bar. Lovely terrace for lunch and drinks.

This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats in our room! We will always come back to Londra Palace and the Relais and Chateau’s hotel designation.

Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have stayed another night!
