Location was great, but there were some problems with the property. Drain was clogged, reported to management but was never addressed. Had to stop showering to avoid water overflow. Laso when we got to the property, there were dirty dishes inside dishwasher. We left them there, but during the 4 night stay, they never cleaned them up. I guess it was because dishwasher was nor working properly

Decent place, convenient. Wasn’t super clean. Hard mattresses on all beds, pull out couch is not fun to sit on. Over all good but not 5 stars. Also they tried to kick us out pretty aggressively at 11am while checkout was stated to be 12.

This was a great location, right in the middle of the action. Everything was within walking distance. Lots of construction but the apartment noise lessened if the doors were closed. The rooms are clean, and it was good to have a full-sized kitchen. We had a problem with our room but management was quick to move us to another location.
This was our first time in a hotel with a virtual front desk. Make sure that you have all documents completed in advance so that you can immediately enter your unit.

চমৎকার Great location, walkable to everything, and close to metro. Food shop next door to the building was very handy. Lift did not work one day.Bedroom in our one bedroom apartment was nice, but sofa bed was uncomfortable. There was a noise at night which I couldn’t work out what it was, a sort of rumbling. Building work also going on opposite apartment.
Bathroom is big, but dark - nice shower and plenty of hot water. Kitchen reasonably well equipped if just needing breakfast, snacks, drinks etc.

The location is great - just steps away from restaurants and R. Augusta promenade. Convenient access to metro from the riverfront and Praça do Comércio. The building is historic but updates inside and the room was comfortable.
Communication was great with the host team and when we contacted them with an issue, there was a prompt response and the staffer - Fabio - went above and beyond to accommodate our family.

Super bien situé, tout est très joli mais entaché par un problème de moisissure noire avec forte odeur dans la salle de bain.
