I recently stayed at the Hilton Tower Hill in London and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in an excellent location next to Tower Hill, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, offering stunning outdoor views across London and a wonderful atmosphere to relax in after a busy day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Sabrina at check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional hospitality set the tone for a truly enjoyable visit. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was simply delicious, with a vast selection of high-quality buffet options to suit every taste. My advice is to arrive hungry. You certainly won’t be disappointed! Overall, another excellent stay. Hilton continues to deliver outstanding service and a consistently high standard of hospitality. I look forward to returning.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They won me over right away. The location is fantastic!

The cons: Stayed during a heat wave. The AC cannot keep up so room was still quite warm. The gym is also severely lacking for a business focused hotel. The pros: Excellent location, rooms are decent, and the breakfast is amazing (albeit pricey at £20). The “meh”: The beds are hard and the pillows lack structure.

This hotel was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The showers are excellent-really powerful and the breakfast was fab-huge range of food and pastries. Highly reccomended.

Great customer service

Our stay had some highlights, but there were also a few areas that I hope can be improved. The room we were assigned seemed like it hadn’t been used for a while, as it was quite dusty and the drinking glasses were hazy. I didn’t notice it at first and drank from the glass, but my daughter pointed out that there were particles floating in it, which appeared to be dust. The bed mattress felt a bit itchy, and the toilet could have been better maintained. The chair in the room also seemed quite worn. Overall, the room cleanliness and condition didn’t meet the standard I was expecting. I was about to complain during the next morning because we were out the whole day after we checked in and arrived back at almost midnight. But everyone’s busy in the front desk. On a positive note, breakfast was okay with limited options, but still decent. The lady welcoming guests at the breakfast entrance was very cheerful and positive, which was definitely a plus and made the morning feel lighter. However, considering the premium price, I was expecting a level of quality closer to a typical Hilton experience. Unfortunately, the room felt more like a lower‑standard accommodation. I truly hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Bit disappointing to be asked for ID on check in. Wasn’t mentioned in the booking process, if it had I would have taken my driving license with me. Shower head too low couldn’t move it up - so with my foot condition it was impossible to have a proper shower. Also shower door didn’t close properly and air conditioning was too loud.

The hotel is lovely and in a prime location if visiting the Tower of London or Tower Bridge. The only thing they need to improve is the internet connection, shocking poor when trying to book tickets etc. Apart from that it has everything you need
