Our unit 23 was showing its age and a number of things needed repairs or replacement i.e. faucet needed to be repaired and wardrobe door handle come off when trying to open. The manager was very helpful and offered another unit, which we declined due to not wanting to pack / unpacked

Nice, straightforward stay. The spa tub is an amazing feature to relax every night. Parking is right outside your unit. Walkable to the main center for restaurants. The resident cat, Colonel Boris, visited us during our stay which was a delight!

We were greeted with a big welcome and a smile. By reception.The staff were friendly , the rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of parking. We were able to check in early which was wonderful as we were tired.I have stayed at Capri before and highly recommend booking here .I will be back .Thank You for a excellent stay.☺️

The apartment is great with two beds, a great AC unit, a kitchen, tea provided, laundry on-site, a geothermal-heated tub, and a shower with incredible water pressure! Morgen the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and the cats are a joy. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t feel alone at Capri On Fenton ~ you will be welcomed and made to feel right at home.

Only a 20-minute walk to the centre of Rotorua, while all major attractions are just a short drive. This cosy stay had everything we need and the hot tub was a real treat! Perfect choice for visiting Rotorua
