The staff here are all very friendly. They were happy to take a commemorative photo with me, which I really appreciated. I also enjoyed chatting with them—there was even someone who could speak Japanese. The whole place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again next time.

Great staff from the bell boy, receptionists, kitchen staff and the room staff. The place is clean. Perfect and convenient location. We were booked in ROOM 701 river view. The view is outstanding specially at night. Highly recommended. Will rebook this place.

The rooms were clean and the location was amazing. Exactly where we wanted be during TET. Was able to watch the fireworks from our window. The staff were wonderful especially standing out was front staff SUONG, her smile and was most helpful with all our questions with her English. Also, our doorman, Phuong who helped is with our luggage as well as his smile met us every time we returned to the hotel. They were always helpful with a smile.

The room was great, nice and clean, and the perfect size for me. The young lady managing the front desk, both when I checked in and checked out, was wonderful. She was very efficient, professional, and also very charming. What a pleasure to do the least fun thing about going to a hotel. Suong was great! The hotel is in a great spot!!!

Wonderful hotel. Conveniently situated with numerous dining options nearby. Grand suite has fabulous view of the river. The staff were genuine and helpful. Very service oriented.
