Our stay was impacted by several service and facility issues. First, the housekeeping service level was not satisfactory. On our second day, our room was not serviced until around 4:30 PM. There were recurring shortages of basic room supplies, including paper cups and facial tissues. To make matters worse, my hair wrap, which had a faint pink color, was mistakenly taken away by housekeeping along with the hotel towels and was never found. There was a constant shortage of hot water for tea in the lobby. The flavored water station was also frustrating to use, as it was nearly impossible to get the dispenser to work properly. We also encountered billing issues at checkout. Our final bill was incorrect and required manual adjustments to apply the credits we were entitled to. During this interaction, the front desk staff did not even make eye contact while communicating with us. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience—several staff members throughout our stay appeared inexperienced and lacked professionalism. Finally, despite being a relatively new property, the hotel has several facility issues that affected our comfort. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely weak, making even simple tasks such as filling a cup take much longer than expected. The hotel has a modern appearance, the combination of issues mentioned above made the stay less enjoyable. There is significant room for improvement in both staff training and day-to-day hotel operations.

Excellently located for Boston College. Stayed 5 nights and on 2 nights my room wasn’t serviced , this was disappointing. The view pass and the railcards are a nice touch. Breakfast was fine but would have expected more choice for the cost. This is a very expensive hotel and I’d think twice about coming again. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful.

Room floor was not very clean and multiple of the lights didn’t work. Location is amazing for BC visits.

Very disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was unappetizing and confusing to figure out how to even get it. We were able to get it free with Marriott points and still didn’t because it was gross. As much as we paid for the reservation, I felt it didn’t come close to the expected quality. Definitely would not stay again.

Great hotel!!! It’s not only beautiful, but the rooms were extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible.
