Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Nice air conditioning and excellent lighting in the bathroom

Extremely limited room service. Room was not as clean as should be. Location. Staff person told me that she didn't want to come up twice at the door when I was ordering room service!

Friendly and caring staff

I had such a bad experience with Dorsett, which i had to voice out my displeasure with low rating for this hotel, knowing that i will not book Dorsett Changi City Point again! Firstly, the water trap in the toilet was choke, causing water ponding. I informed front desk about this but nothing was done as the water ponding didn't improve, made me wondered if the message was passed to the housekeeping team. Then came the shocking Power Shutdown from 12am till 2am on Saturday night, 18th July 2026. My question is why the shutdown has to be carried out after Midnight, when most of the guests would have been sleeping in their rooms? To make things worst, i personally experience 2 Power trips on Sunday morning, 19th July from 12am to 2am, and another Power trip at 5am, disrupting my sleep several times. Now come the most shocking: I was out on Saturday morning at 9am and only returned to my room at about 11pm. I realised someone has opened my luggage without my knowledge, as it was locked when I left the room in the morning. This was the first time I have such bad experience that someone had tried opening my luggage and lucky for me, all my personal stuffs like passport, wallet, cash, etc were with me and no valuables in the luggage. I am sure the hotel would be able to check the Security footage and provide an explanation on the above. With such unpleasant experiences, I am definitely not returning to Dorsett again.

Good room size, clean. Very good location, close to the airport, cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a kitchenette with filtered water was helpful too. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

I had a superb experience from the email request for birthday decoration right through to check in. The hotel staff were helpful, attentive, and made the stay feel special. The only downside was that my room card was not functioning properly. Every time I left the hotel and returned, it needed to be reprogrammed, which was quite inconvenient because I had to go all the way back to the concierge to get it fixed. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, as everything else about the stay was excellent.

This is my first time staying out by the airport when in Singapore for a day or two rather than choosing a downtown hotel location. I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is very clean, has good amenities, and the room was very comfortable. Staff were exceptional -- very quick at check-in and all staff that I encountered were very nice. Exceptionally convenient being one stop from the airport on the MRT and with two lines directly next door heading into CBD. Also, a shopping mall next door for anything you need. Solid value for money and I will definitely stay again.

The first room was full of bugs so we had to pack again to move to second room on top of late check in after a long haul flight. Reception staff were both super unfriendly.

Good airport hotel only a $S20 taxi fare away, or one stop on the train ... station was very close (2 mins walk to station and 5 mins walk/escalators to get to the airport platform). The train to the airport takes 10 minutes and it is a direct airport line. Hotel room was huge, nicely done and had a kitchenette. There is a big shopping centre right next door with lots of food stalls and restaurants. And my hotel criticism is that I had emailed them to say I was arriving at 6 am after a long flight ... yet the air-conditioning was not on. So I had to stay awake for extra time to get the hot and humid room to cool down. They should have had the room ready. But the bed was very comfortable, the towels were fluffy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't use the pool because it was raining. I don't think I would stay there if I was going to Singapore for a holiday as I would want more of a tourist vibe (it is in a business park not a tourist area per se), but it was well priced and had very good facilities for an airport layover.
