maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!

This is a nice $80 hotel. Unfortunately I paid $160. The hotel is clean. Comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was terrible. I arrived 1 hour after it began and everything was gone, including hot water for oatmeal. Plan on eating at a restaurant The fitness center is the same room as the laundry; the treadmill blocks the washer. The good news is you can get your cardio as you fluff and fold. Still waiting on my folio 24 hours after checkout as there were no employees on property when I left at 8am

check in was fast and easy, room was clean and well lit. the hot tub was on the small side, only big enough for 1 person but worked well. the breakfast was lacking,

The body wash was out in the shower had to use the shampoo but other than that it was great

The staff was very nice. The room and common areas were both clean and quiet I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and quiet, and overall it was a nice stay. Very conveniently located in Bloomfield. But we had some issues with room card keys 'de-activating' and needing repeated reprogramming, plus the front desk wasn't typically occupied – so we had a few times when help wasn't available. The gym is just a laundry room with a mini-treadmill and some dumbbells. But again, for an inexpensive hotel in Bloomfield, it was great. We'd stay here again.
