A basic hotel that suited our needs for a one night stay. Tiny room with airplane size bathroom. There is no airconditioning and a small fan is provided so if it gets very hot at night it’ll be unbearable, but thankfully it was under 18 degreesC at night during our stay and we opened the window though it can be noisy from street. Buffet breakfast is simple but offers fresh warm homemade bread. Location is central to the old Stadt. Many thanks to Lucie who was able to get the room ready for an early check in! :)

The location of this property can’t be beat. The staff all went above and beyond with every encounter. If I am ever back in Zurich I will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from Zurich HB, very convenient. The room is clean, but no air-conditioning. Breakfast is good. You can order a hot breakfast if you want to. The staff are very helpful. Very nice stay there.

The room was not that clean, there were some bad stains on the carpet, and gross stains on the bathroom’s door. Also the sink was clogged. I didn’t report that to the staff. Breakfast was good, and the cafe staff were courteous, and so were the desks staff.

Professional and friendly staff. Always respectful and ready to help always with a smile. I was very impressed. A quality breakfast was provided daily with attending staff. That and mini bar was gratis. A

The hotel is in a very nice location, its on a quiet street but just one street over its got tons of shops and restaurants. Quick walk from the train station using the bridge over the river. Free breakfast has small selection but sufficient to start your day. Eggs made to order is a nice option. Smoked salmon was delicious. Room size is small but expected based on the photos so no surprises. Room was clean and they provided a desk fan which was nice during a hot afternoon. Room windows open so free air is an option too. The elevator is very cute enough for one person with their luggage. Overall pleasant experience, price was very good for the area, check in and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend!
