Overall the staff were lovely & helpful when they had the opportunity to do so. I usually like this chain because we travel with dogs, don't have a lot of money & try to save by making our own food when we can, & the rooms thru this chain usually are great because it gives our dogs a more comfortable feeling.We don't have super high expectations, just the basics. But...Towels in the room when we got there were mostly dirty. Room needed a good sweep, very sandy & my younger dog kept finding random trash on the floor under the bed to chew on. The TV seemed to never be able to find a signal, so no TV for our 4 day stay. When we asked for the kitchen items, plates, pans, silverware, cutlery, the poor person behind the desk had to seach for items. But the worst was the fact that they ran out of toilet paper! How does an entire hotel run out of toilet paper!? Sadly one of the worst stays I've ever experienced

The entire place is very dated and dirty. The hallways are dark, the elevator is dirty and so are the rooms. As soon as I walked into the room it had a strange odor. The carpet in the room was filthy and has several stains. The bedsheets also stained. All the furniture is chipped and falling apart. Not happy at all with my stay. Plus it took about 30 minutes to check in since there was only one employee in the lobby. Never again!

Barely acceptable for a cheap sleep.

The property is in dire need of an update. The only elevator in the building was unreliable and got stuck between floors on one occasion. The room itself was probably kept as clean as it could be considering how old and tired everything was. The mattress on the pullout sofa needs to be disposed of ASAP. The ventilation in the bathroom needs an upgrade as well. The vanity was falling apart due to the buildup of steam and moisture in the room. As for positives, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming and the AC In the room worked.

Room totally in need of repair and clean roaches in kitchen. Didn't have any chance to leave. Or I would have
