The hotel only has limited parking spaces so they were full and we had to park in a pay parking up the street. We killed a cockroach in our bathroom.

When arrived there was no internet or hot water Shower wasn’t working properly and there were cockroaches in our suite Told the staff multiple times, but nothing was done about it Staff were helpful but the room was not up to standard

The Deluxe room #3207 was infested with tiny cockroaches in the bathroom especially at night when lights were turned off. There were some in the main room but not as much compared to the bathroom. This hotel charges for amenities i.e. toothbrush and extra pillows which ordinarily are free in other hotels.

Please present your hotel voucher/s along with at least 1 Philippine Government-issued ID or passport for Foreign Nationals upon check-in. 

 

Our standard check-in time is at 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is at 12:00noon at the Hotel Front Desk – Tower B.

 

 Security deposit of PHP2,000 for 1-3 nights stay or PHP4,000 for 4 nights and above will be collected per room upon check-in and refunded upon check-out should there be no incidentals incurred during the stay.

 

 Child policy: Children 0-4 years old can stay free-of-charge. Children aged 5 years old and above will be charged an Adult rate.

 

Our hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior notice). Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming pool and gym is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only for Studio Rooms and four (4) guests for the Two-Bedroom Executive Suite will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym.

 

Only in-house guests are allowed to use the hotel amenities.

 

Maximum of two (2) visitors are allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms until 10:00PM only. Visitors must register at the Hotel Front Desk and present 1 valid Philippine Government-issued (subject to changes / hotel policy).

 

All special requests such as Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Bedding type (queen or twin beds), Adjacent Rooms etc. are all still subject to room availability upon check-in.

 

Pets are not allowed inside the property.

 

Parking space can be arranged at PHP350 per day per slot with our Hotel Reception upon check-in. We are unable to book this in advance as parking slots are on a first come, first served basis.
