The rooms were very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of food selections for a fair price. Had issues with keycard not working on door early in the morning and they were quick to fix it. It’s near Chinatown as well so easy to get nice food and snacks, 7-11 a 30 second walk away. Highly recommend!

An amazing stay at W22 in the heart of Bangkok's Chinatown. The hotel was beautifully designed, the staff were amazing, and the room was very comfortable.

3 great rooms (double standard), lovely powerful showers , space for luggage. Helpful door porters and check in staff. Communal areas kept clean and tidy. Location great for walking access to Chinatown , MRT stop and River boats. Convenience store a 2 minute walk away and good sized room refrigerator for keeping water and drinks cool. Air con worked well, a little bit of street noise but nothing too loud even at the weekend. Would definitely stay again.

We were expecting a big room as we paid extra for it but the room was too small is what we thought. There was some smell in the bathroom as well. Other than that we had no issue
