Best we have stayed at in Australia in our manny years of travelling. The Quality of the Building and the amazing interior design styling of the room and building were first class. The facilities were five star and the breakfast as well. A special thank you to Abby who checked us in. Her professional approach to.her job including making us feel.so welcome is a credit to her and the hotel. We will.definately stay again at the Christalbrook Bailey wherever they are. Thank you once again.

Fantastic place for our family. The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect. Nice pools and sauna. Excellent location, next to main bus station, shops, lagoon, etc.

Great hotel, good location, close to night market and cafe/restaurants. Free bicycles for the guests to use. Very friendly and helpful staff.

From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly, helpful and present. That may seem obvious but I’ve been at hotels where the staff seem to rarely be around. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned every day. We didn’t make use of the pool or restaurant so can’t really comment there. Room temp was good, bed comfortable, and the coffee maker had actually good coffee pods. We also appreciated the location - short walk to all the esplanade activities and wharf, Rusty’s, Woolies, etc. plus being such a tall hotel it was easy to find again.
