Clean room. Responsive staff and nice refreshed hotel room that we chose (Room 1011). The masters bedroom was facing the busy street making it less peaceful than the 2 other rooms in the 3 br suite. The kitchen was well equipped and had complimentary drinking water good for 4 days for our stay. Will definitely stay again and do highly recommend this property/hotel.

The rooms are spacious, checking out is a hassle. Plan to check earlier coz it could take 20-30mins.

Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. I suggest they need to upgrade their system of checking in and out for the convenience of guests.

Our suite was very clean, both my wife and I noticed a terrible smell when transferring elevators on the second floor. Staff was always friendly, did not eat breakfast, however we did go in for dinner ordered the wonton soup and the chef's burger, one of these has had me sick for the last few days. The suite provided a little stereo which required an adapter(that I needed to sign for) and even acter that the stereo did not work. There is a convince store about 1 minute from the enterance and there is a mall nearby within walking distance.

Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. There needs to be some maintenance done as the tap leaked and things need to be upgraded. The finer details of cleaning could be improved. We had a great room with a view and enjoyed our stay but need to pass this on. Thanks

Room Cleaning will automatically be scheduled every other day starting on the 2nd day, anytime from 10AM to 8PM. The Health Club (Indoor pool, Gym and Sauna) operates under management prerogative. Sunday-Thursday: opens 7AM-8PM; Friday, Saturday and during holidays: opens 7AM-10PM. To ensure a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please wear appropriate swimwear. Please be advised that a quiet time policy is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, and noise is not permitted during this period. (1) One complimentary parking per reservation (regardless of room type) is available at the hotel basement. This is a first come first serve basis. Extra vehicles are subject to pay parking and availability as well.
