Nice easy check in, helpful staff, great breakfast.
We saw a manager personally greet two staff laying tables, who must have been new, they seemed a bit overawed after he went out of his way to stop and chat to them and shake their hands. A mark of excellent people management which didn't go unnoticed.

চমৎকার Overall a good location, friendly staff. I did find the bed and pillow a little too firm for my liking and the comforter far too heavy. We simply removed it and only used the cover.

চমৎকার When we arrived at reception we were greeted by a lovely lady called Teresa, she was friendly and helpful, she upgraded our room which was lovely of her, the place was lovely, clean, and smelt great. The touches to our room were very much appreciated, stocked mini fridge, coffee machine, large TV and the biggest bed I've ever stayed in.

Nice clean hotel. View of the harbour from the higher floors. Breakfast in bed is available. Air-con and comfortable beds.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the rooom was very small and dated. The carpet was stained and the bathroom wall had two colors of paint. The beds were not comfortable. It is a no cash hotel so a card must be used for the smallest of purchases.
