This was a very nice hotel. Very welcoming staff especially Evita who was always willing to guide us or help us with anything. Clean rooms - great location. Breakfast was great - so much variety and very polite and efficient service. Made our stay in Riga a little more special. .

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in a truly special place. From the location to the room itself, with all the amenities (robes, slippers, refrig, waters, turn-down night service) to the wonderful, welcoming staff -- this place is truly top-notch! We were just sad that we missed out on eating at Seasons (Michelin star!!!) -- because we were there Sunday and Monday (a national holiday) but honestly, the place was terrific! We loved our stay here!

Breakfast was excellent especially the cottage cheese pancakes! Rooms were beautiful and very clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient location right in the centre of old town.

Our stay at Grand Palace Hotel was outstanding! The hotel is right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, walkable to everything - no need for a car here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast spread was decadent, complete with complimentary Prosecco. What was really special about the hotel was the hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had the information we needed to enjoy our stay. After we left, I discovered that I had left an item of great importance in the hotel room. I had already moved on to another country, and was panicking. The hotel promptly shipped the item back to my home in the United States at an extremely low cost. You will love your stay here!

The staff was the highlight of our stay. They were so helpful in suggesting and arranging activities and reservations. The food was excellent as well.
