চেক-ইন নীতি
চেক-ইন করার জন্য দায়ী অতিথিকে 18 বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সের হতে হবে
This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. For resort transfers, guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before the arrival date to book a transfer.
Guests booking this promotion will receive a room with daily breakfast and a 1,000 THB/room/night resort credit.
This credit can only be used for dining and spa services during the current stay and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking, together with a valid passport, upon check-in at the hotel.
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name on the passport and reservation.
Please note that the resort provides transfer services by speedboat and shuttle van between Trat Airport and the property at an additional charge.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of THB 3,000 is required upon arrival. Payment can be made by cash or credit card, with a temporary credit hold of 1 THB. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
**A compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December is required for all guests staying at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa.**
Guests are required to pay the gala dinner fee directly to the resort. Advance arrangements can be made via email at reservation@santhiya.com.
**Gala Dinner Charges:**
Children aged 0-1 year: Complimentary when sharing with an accompanying adult.
Children aged 2-11 years: THB 1,500++ per person.
Adults aged 12 years and above: THB 3,000++ per person.
The following additional charges will apply: Children aged 0-1 stay free with an accompanying adult.
