Staff was super nice and helpful

The room was clean and classic, the staff members were very helpful and kind specially Alaa, the location was perfect.

The location very good. The price is very good. The people are working there very nice.

I agree with other reviews about the staff being excellent, they are always ready to help. They got me some missing items at check-in and prepared breakfast quickly each morning. This hotel is reasonable value for a place to sleep, but there are several shortcomings: - The location is in a high traffic area, at rush hour its very difficult to get ubers coming and going - While the room was completely clean, there were some broken elements like the bathroom wall and the shower head and faucet were both loose, spraying water - The rooms are all accessed by the lobby, meaning all of the noise from the lobby enters the rooms The staff are great and will do everything they can to ensure you have a good stay, this is helped by the fact that it is such a tiny hotel. Just have realistic expectations that it will not be the most comfortable stay.

The Room was not the same we boght, there were no windows, staff was super!

The hotel had no room for us and sent us to another hotel. Thus, I cannot review Location Hotel

Friendly staff.

Cheap price for a decent motel. Looks sketchy at first, but room was nice, breakfast nice but didn’t start until 8am. If you need toilet paper just ask. English is limited but used google translate. In downtown convenient to places. It does have street noise most of the night like most hotels in Cairo. Has a great atm with no fees about 100 ft from motel. (Don’t use the closest one-it has fees). Has restaurant and lots of merchants all around. Shower is small and water runs across floor, but I find that in most hotels in Egypt, Jordan, and Israel.

The best part of this hotel is the owner and his staff. They are so accommodating, helpful and very hospitable. We felt so welcomed and safe coming from Canada. We would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity. Thank you Khaled and your team at The Location Hotel!
