The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back.

No place to hang up clothes (two hangers). Too much outside noise. No control of the heat in our room - we were both cold during the early morning hours. Only one small window to the outside. Not enough room for our suitcases.

The hotel was in a good location near the bus terminal. The lobby was beautiful with nice furniture. The room wasn't good at all. The toilet room had only partially frosted glass on the swinging saloon door making the toilet completely visible from almost all positions in the room. The shower was moldy on the floor and ceiling, not a small amount of mold but a lot. The bathtub itself was peeling in the tub part. We found a used "warming oil" by the tub water spigot leading me to believe that there was no cleaning done. I would never recommend this hotel, they should be ashamed of spending so much money on a nice lobby and not spending enough time or money on basic cleaning especially during covid.

Got called twice to check out after the first night when I had booked for two nights, only would give me one room key , the place was nice though and the guy when I checked out was very friendly. It's kinda roll the dice with who you get at the front desk
