mailに連絡が来ていたが開けなく管理者の番号も使われてない番号になっており、チェックインするまでに大変な思いをした。部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ただ夜隣の方が洗濯機をまわされるとうるさかったです。

部屋は広く、ロフトもあり十分でした。洗面用の置き場がなく少し手間取りました。値段が安かったので満足です。

চমৎকার This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host.
The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm.

The host was responsive And helpful! Overall it was a good stay except for some items...The room was much smaller than in the pictures. The shower head was super strong and hArd to use. The floor in the place was not the cleanest (hair and dust everywhere).

The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto

The owner communicated very well. We left items behind accidentally and they held them for us. The owner was the sweetest person.
